Generosity; lessons in generosity; giving and receiving; flaunting, flamboyant extravagance, or stinginess; courageous expansion into life or pulling back (at times, retreat can also be valid).
The Twenty First Letter of the Alphabet. Energy Frequency No. 21. (including some of the matrix suggestions put in my own words) A penetrating and greatly expanded inner-perception of other-worldly dimensions and realities, can release hidden layers of practical, psychic talents. How this does or does not relate to “U” the 21st Letter, will be discussed under “Letter-Number Table 3.” (2+1=3) ….to be found on a sub-menu under “Letter-Number Table” on the Header Menu Bar (the above discussion, yet to be added.)
The “U” energy pulses with the ebb and flow of life – venturing forth, returning within, giving out and receiving back. It mirrors the balance of beginnings and endings. What we receive inexorably reflects what first was given out – the old idea of reaping what we sow. With “U” in the name, this lesson is of prime importance.
As Spirits (clothed in flesh), we are supposed to attract and receive all that we need and want to fully relish life and turn it into an adventure – and live harmlessly with the rest of creation. The lack of this balance now pollutes the planet, depletes its natural resources, destroys flora and fauna and keeps us warring within our own species.

Flamboyant real estate mogul Donald Trump, builder of skyscraper Trump Towers in New York city plus various glittering hotels and casinos around the country – regards his business manipulations as a “game” while expanding and contracting his holdings (seemingly) without fear in the mega-buck world of high finance. At the moment, he’s moved into a successful TV reality series, the Apprentice with the now famous edict: “You’re Fired!!” (Trump also boasts a million dollar–expanded ego!!)
Christian scriptures state a puzzling Law of Abundance: “For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.” Now does that sound fair?? Actually, it has nothing to do with fairness but everything to do with mental vibration. Put simply, if you are positive in your attitude to money, see the Universe as essentially abundant, give to yourself and others, you will develop an “abundance consciousness” and will always attract everything that you need – and more. If, however, your train of thought remains resentful about money and opportunities, this negative and doubting nature will keep you in a state of lack and despair. Habitual thoughts breed their equivalent situations, therefore change your thoughts!
Another vainglorious and brilliantly talented self-made man was artist, naturalist, ornithologist and writer John James Audubon (1785-1851), with two “U’s” in his name, who expanded his love of birds into a massive book of stunning paintings and detailed notes…still admired and in use today.
Those who support aggressive expansion are the munitions makers and suppliers, a famous one – munitions genius Dr. Gerald Bull (with “U” in his “work” name). He designed a never-to-be-completed Super Gun called the Intercontinental Cannon.
The lucrative pursuit of destruction focuses in Brussels, capital of Belgium and the European center for the world arms business, including illegal and smuggled arms (note the “U’s” in both Brussels and Belgium).
Balanced “U:” the unconditional, generous humanitarian; follows the inner promptings of higher Spirit when relating to others, the world at large and the unfolding events surrounding them; becomes the channel for infinite abundance and generosity; helps others expand and open to life; a champion for the environment, like oceanographer Jacques Yves Cousteau (with three “U’s” in his name), who dedicated his life to undersea exploration and drawing attention to the endangered state of the world’s oceans.
Unbalanced “U:” conditional giving; creating obligations and debts by “buying” manipulating and controlling others through false generosity. “I have done this for you – therefore you owe me that!” Not giving for fear of scarcity; not receiving for fear of becoming indebted…or out of unworthiness; difficulty in letting themselves receive anything – from a compliment to a favor.
Some “U’s” deliberately withhold benefits, blame others for their own misfortunes and won’t accept responsibility for attracting life-challenging events. (Take responsibility, learn the lessons and the circumstances will change.)
Despotic “U’s: remove the basic human rights of others -even their right to live! Consider the twisted life of serial murderer Andrew Cunanan, who in his 1997 rampage, brutally dispatched a stranger, his own ex-lovers and world famous Italian fashion designer Gianni Versache. And one always has to watch governments for suppression, as in the “Huston” Plan, suggested in 1970 by the Nixon administration, which would have enormously increased domestic spying, through opening private mail, burglarizing homes etc.
Weak U’s:” suspicious of gifts; never take risks; always follow the same safe routine; continually feel undeserving; counts pennies; pushes compliments away; convinced that anything they do for others – or give – is always inadequate; self deprecating to a fault; completely unadventurous.
The Expansion into Inter-dimensional, Multi-verses, with expanded Psychic Potentials factor: There is another kind of expansion – an internal one that accesses a completely different kind of reality: for the seriously off-balanced it can deteriorate into madness, but for some special “U’s”it offers the magic and adventure of multiverses and parallel universes from which we can return somewhat ‘altered.’ A good reference for these states is Mark Dunn, Richard Bartlett’s student and eventual associate, whose adventures are mentioned frequently by Richard in the Matrix Energetics seminars, Richard’s two books and the CD’s in the home study course, “The Matrix Energetics Experience” – pretty amazing stories of actual ‘escapades’ in other-dimensional realms! Also most noteworthy in a somewhat different capacity are the astonishing science-fiction and fantasy novels of Ursula K. Le Guin and I note what is considered her masterpiece – “The Lathe of Heaven.”
When “U” is in YOUR NAME: it’s how generous you are to yourself; how you allow yourself to fearlessly expand and experience life – how you give and receive from others and how you encourage their expansion and exploration.
SUMMARY: open, expansive and expanding, encouraging the expansion of other; generous from a full heart – or stingy, only give to gain an advantage; self-serving; indulgent; ostentatious; money-making regardless of the cost to others or the environment; creative or destructive expansion.

Liv Ullmann: compassionate Scandinavian actress, author, film director; constantly toured the world on behalf of relief for world hunger; also represented UNICEF and the International Rescue League; Sir Peter Ustinov: British Master-actor (film and stage), producer, author, playwright, humorist and brilliant mimic; acting career spanned more than 60 years; also narrated and directed; gave of himself unsparingly; known for his mischievous geniality; Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF appointed 1971 – died at age 82…a life of truly expansive proportions!!; Robert Urich: courageous and open hearted U.S. actor of TV – acted in the most TV shows – 15, to mention just a few: Spenser for Hire, Vega$, Lonesome Dove, and in films -Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice; The Ice Pirates; continued to act while he battled cancer and supported research to eradicate the disease – died in 2002; Vladimir Ulyanov (Lennin): 19th Century Russian revolutionary; led the successful Marxist uprising and takeover of the last Czarist regime in Russia – beginning the world struggle of Communist expansion; Audrey Hepburn (with two “U’s”): beloved and delightful Hollywood actress of the 50′s; on retiring from her long successful career in films she became a dedicated and generous roving ambassador for UNICEF; Burnum Burnum: famous Australian aboriginal activist with four “U’s” in his name; protested the English settlement of Australia by laying claim to England on the cliffs of Dover;
Special “U” Notes: Genghis Khan (real name: Temujin or Tennujin) a ferocious soldier whose armies conquered most of the known world 800 years ago; his empire extended from northern China to southern India, across to Syria and the Persian Gulf including a large chunk of Russia. Talk about expansion! – no other single person has ever controlled so much of the world. He had “U” as the Focus letter in the middle of Temujin, and as one of the Focus letters in Tennujin …so the primary challenge of his life was to expand his empire – and take over the world! George Burns: truly expansive and long lived U.S. actor and comic; kept us laughing from radio, vaudeville, TV and films.
