Letter Q

A unique (often brilliant) mind-set; freedom loving, daring, fearless, efficient, organized, energetic, restless, cunning – or mentally lazy, slothful, inept, wimpy, controlling or dangerously manipulative.

The seventeenth Letter of the Alphabet.  Energy Frequency No. 17. (including matrix suggestions and my own musings) To create and manifest limitless possibilities by first healing our own personal energy-grids: seen as ‘golden grids’ that begin within and then link us out to all of life, in this and all conceivable multiverses. How this relates to “Q” the 17th Letter has now been fully discussed under “Letter-Number Table 8.

“Q” has no sound of it’s own – it always begins with a “K” (which resonates astrologically with Scorpio – the biting scorpion that transforms through fire to the Phoenix). Therefor, latent within the “Q” energy is the potential for intense sexuality and transformation. Check Letter “K” for more information.

The “Q” thrill-seekers!

Often known for their enormous enthusiasm and overwhelming openness. “Let’s try it – let’s do it now!” Frequently leaders in their chosen field, the “Q” factor often creates a mental-set so precise, organized and perfect (in a unique way) that others find it hard or difficult to match – or even to keep up with.

They have the inventive power to master any challenging situation – preferably without interference from others.  ”Q’s” tend to have their own reality, but not necessarily in line with the rest of the world and need to find their own niche in life where their unique mental brilliance can shine on others…or they tip over into madness like Mu’ammar al-Qaddafi despotic ruler of Libya. (more below)

Examples:

Quincy Jones; music impresario, gifted Jazz trumpet player; arranger, composer (scores for 33 major films); recording artist; record producer (launched Michael Jackson’s career with Off the Wall and Thriller); co-produced the film The Color Purple; activist (fostering appreciation for African American music and culture); most nominated Grammy artist (76 nominations, 26 awards); an Emmy award and 7 Oscar nominations….to mention just a few of his distinguished accomplishments!!

Mary Quant; (born 1934) distinctive, innovative and influential British fashion designer; made fashion affordable in the 50′s and 60′s with The Chelsea Look and later with mass production of her Mary Quant worldwide brand; immortalized by the fashion world as the inventor of the Mini-skirt and shiny plastic raincoats (amongst other things); received an OBE from the Queen for her contribution to the fashion industry – arrived for the ceremony at Buckingham palace dressed in a mini-skirt!

Anthony Quinn; (1915-2001) called the “perfect performer;” acted in over 200 films winning two Oscars and two additional nominations; favorite classic films Zorba the Greek, Viva Zapata, Lawrence of Arabia and many more incredible larger than life performances….on and off screen!  His private life being no less passionate – 13 children from 3 wives and three mistresses…..the quintessential “Q!”

When “P’s” and “Q” combine in a name, as for 17th Century Philip Quarll (who found himself castaway on a tropical island), you may find the resourceful, self-sufficient hermit, creating their own peace and tranquility.  Judging from his journal, Quarll aligned himself totally with his environment and was so content with his personal “kingdom,” he refused to accept rescue when found 50 years later!

“Q’s” also make ingenious criminals – like 19th Century Francois Eugene Vidocq, who began as a scoundrel, then a prison spy, then a brilliantly successful Paris Police detective.  He founded the famous Surete, where ex-convicts were hired to catch criminals; Vidocq soon became the feared nemesis of the French underworld. Note: the “Q” at the end of his name sounds like a “K” and in addition to the sexual aspect (he was known as a womanizer in his youth), the “K” energy can be involved with secrets and spies, life and death…in Vidocq’s case, with catching and sending criminals to the guillotine!

Also making the “K” sound for “Q” in his name (and being involved with subterfuge and death through financing and fostering international terrorism) is Libyan ruler Mu’ammar al-Qaddafi – also known as “Gadafi”..or “Khadafy.”  His three “M’s” result in a great nurturing and sense of family solidarity including love of children, (in the context of his own country and people), but he usually reverses it in regards to non-Muslims. (Some notable exceptions were when he permitted American mothers to visit their children absconded to Libya by estranged fathers.) In addition, the “D’s” in his name present him as a powerful – but unfortunately repressive and destructive – father-figure to his people, particularly during their desperate uprising against him in 2011.

The most commonly found letter combination: a “Q” followed by “U” often results in the challenge of expansion – the search for new worlds to conquer and discoveries to be made in whichever direction the “QU” person’s passion lies.  For some – adventure flows in their veins – not blood!

Other “Q’s” hunger for absolute truth. The search could be of a spiritual or mundane nature, but they want to know for sure – then they may force their beliefs upon others for “their own good!”  And they want their questions answered ‘in person’ – “Talk to me God!”

Balanced “Q:” an open-ended, searching mind and spirit; very creative; singular attitude to life; accepts the fact that they will have few mental or visionary companions; content to follow their own perception of life without imposing it on others. Their questing minds often leave a beneficial legacy.

Unbalanced “Q:” tend to get into mischief or real trouble when bored; often lonely and misunderstood (few people comprehend the “Q” mental energy); can attempt to align or fit-in with others, but there’s always a part of them that’s out in left field, like Raymond Queneau, a 20th Century French novelist and poet whose “bizarre, erudite humor, full of puns and Surrealism, cloaked a profound pessimism.”

When the quest for danger-high’s combines with “conquest” it often becomes criminal and turns to blood-lust as in the case of William Clarke Quantrill, known as “the bloodiest man in American history,” who in the mid 1800′s turned from teaching school to gun fighting and murder.

Unbalanced “Q’s” have “tunnel vision” and see only their own reality, which is sometimes shared by a few odd-balls but mostly makes them frustrated loners or overpowering leaders.

When “Q” is in YOUR NAME: – it’s how you allow your questing spirit to enrich your life and benefit others – or to feed a need for destructive danger.

SUMMARY: a different mind-set; intensely curious, brilliant, uniquely creative and inventive; unstoppable, frenetic, uninhibited energy – or a wimpy, weak conformist.
